........here is proof about the connection between Benrus and the airlines .....( albeit shaky camera.sorry) .....So there I was ..the lone bidder on this sweet watch ....you guys all asleep at the wheel there ? ..........in a velvet box no less......and said box is in very good , not perfect, condition ........the inside however, is just about perfect ......as is the dial on this watch....isn't it great ? .....looks near mint to me ...cost ? .......$ 9.95 ...plus 5 bucks shipping and it got here quick quick quick ........I got out the polish, spent 15 minutes polishing it......and wound it up ....the seller said it doesn't run ....he was wrong ...so far it's been 5 hours,.....about as long as I have had it, and it is spot on time ......he also described it as "used beat up and old ......" NOT .....I would love to show you just how nice it looks ....however, Janet said "oooooo" and snapped it on her wrist, pointing out how perfectly it fit ......and won't give it back ! and it has

6 months at WTF
Well, it's been a half of a year since I joined during the migration/evacuation. A few things I've learned by being here:1) The jerks come & go, but the nice people stay as regular members.2) I spend too much money on watches, but not nearly as much as several of you!3) I still need a better camera. 4) The more I learn, the more I realize I have so much to learn. But in this case, ignorance is not bliss - it's just the opposite. One day, 40-ish years from now, if I strive to educate myself every day, I may be able to say I understand.5) Tastes change & refine, but not always according to budget! I'm looking forward to another 6 months with you guys & gals!
