Technomarine 108032 wrist watches news:
I bought my PO on the spur of the moment and shortly afterwards had doubts about the orange bezel wishing I had bought a black one. Some may remember I tried to get a local AD to get it changed for me but the said Omega wouldn't change it from it's original specification so I just left it in the box. I was going to sell it but just never got round to it.Anyway for some reason last week I decided to take it to another shop and try to buy a bezel and a leather strap as "spare parts" this time no problem I can get a genuine black bezel and a nice black leather strap which they will fit for me but and a big but nearly 700 quid fitted, for you US guys that's about 1400 bucks. Now that would would put a serious dent in next months Smirnoff budget but I'm tempted. What do you thinkB.
There has been a lot of talk in the GDF recently about grail watches. Do you consider any modern Hamiltons that fit into this category? Are only certain vintage models considered grails?
I'm looking for a good looking watch with some kind of movement that doesn't need a battery replaced and has an alarm. I currently have an Invicta 8926 and I like the general look of it. But, I'd like to find a watch with an alarm - I just don't want an ultra busy face and I don't want to ever replace a battery. I've looked at Citizen Eco-Drives - one of those might work. I love the look of the Christopher Ward C60 Trident (C60 Trident Automatic - Charcoal Bezel -Pre Order Mid October - C60-TRI-SKCS - Automatic - Limited Edition; Incabloc Anti-shock; Superluminova - Swiss Made) and ohif only it had an alarm! But it don't :( So, I'm open to suggestions.
Saw this blue dial ROC, the original owner didn't end up buying it 2 days ago so its on display. Tried it on but it still doesn't strike me like a 15202. Either way its rare and the dial is on another level compared to the black or white AP dial.
Hi Guys would like a bit of advice here, I have owned this Seamaster Professional since December 2000, during that time I have worn it non stop and also used it for diving both in pool and salt water at least every week as I was a dive instructor. It has been serviced regualrly and never gave me any issues, I have now decided to rest it after so much hard work and just about to put it in for service, apart from some regular marks from the odd bump the watch is in great condition, however the bezel has faded and has a few marks, would any of you guys be able to advise on either leaving it alone and keeping the used look or complete replacement bezel at the service as I understand Omega do not just repalce the insert and I really would not want to fit an aftermarket insert.
