hand winding 353 movement
I've got an early calibre 353 which I recently had serviced and am wondering if I should be limiting my hand winding of it. I only wear it a few times a month (Fridays being vintage watch day or maybe on a Saturday night out) and generally give it 10 winds to get it going. My everyday watch is a Tissot with an ETA 2836-2, which I read somewhere can be damaged by too much hand winding, so I was worried about damaging the Omega (I've also got a Cyma Watersport with a 420 movement for which I have the same concern). Any advice is appreciated!

Seiko Ananta - A Review
After spending some quality time with these superb Seiko Ananta timepieces I’m left with the over-riding feeling that Seiko have been a victim of their own success. Why sapphire crystals?
Seems like lots of people prefer having a sapphire crystal over mineral, and it's one of the first things people get modded. Why is that?I know that sapphire is more scratch resistant but I have yet to scratch my Hardlux on any Seiko I haveIs it knowing that the sapphire will stand up better in case something happens?Is it better clarity or less reflections?Any and all insight appreciated. Thanks!

Carrera "Classic" advice...
Here's the watch...It's model No. is CV2113.FC6180 & it uses a Tag Cal 17 movement from what I can gather.Whats it like regarding...Build quality / reliability?Movement / Accuracy? Is the Cal 17 upper or lower end for Tag?I know I really like it and that it fits my wrist like a dream! I also love the dial & the slightly off white sub dial surrounds which gives it that almost vintage look!However I know very little about Tags line up or how they compare to say Omega etc. So although I like it is it any good?In other words, how good a WATCH is it?Any advice welcome
