You should also know that Eterna actually started the major watch movement maker ETA before it was later acquired by the Swatch Group.Here, the new technology is placed in the demure Eterna men's Madison watch. The new technology is called the Eterna Spherodrive and is a new type of mainspring barrel. That is the part of the mechanical watch the holds the mainspring, which is where all the power comes from. The mainspring is wound manually or via an automatic rotor. As the spring unwinds in a regulated manner, the power it released is used to power a mechanical watch. Hi friends,My wife and I just returned from Hawaii and I wanted to share some photos I took. This was on our first morning, outside of Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu:What could be at the bottom of the rainbow?Here is a shot I was barely able to take since I couldn't keep the camera still on the horse! We went on a two hour trail ride through the Kualoa ranch valley where they have filmed several movies like Jurassic Park, Godzilla, and currently filming the series LOST. My wife thought I was crazy for taking this picture and looking at my wrist so intently while the view all around me was so amazing.We also spent a lot of time on Molokai beach on the north shore of Oahu, it was segregated from the tourists and absolutely beautiful. List of Models with Microrotor Movements?
Is there a list of Hamilton automatics which have the microrotor movement? I know that a lot of the Thin-O-Matics have this movement, but some do not. Also, there are some which are not Thin-O-Matics which have a microrotor movement.
