Swiss military 20000ft
Hi everibody!!I have Military Swiss 20000ft limited series that I used it two or three times. I am a watch colector and I choice one of that on my colection, because the tests done on it showed on WEB. For my surprise, I think that it is not true. It is not possible beleave that in the few times that I use the watch, the crowm do not shut more, and the watch cannot be used. The crown and the tube do not shut more!!!! (umbeliveble)After asking many times the manufacturer asking reposition part, they told me that it is not possible and I have to send the watch to SWISS. Well, I live in BRAZIL, and I have my personal watchmaker that fix all kinds of watchs including perpetual calendar!! and others one!!Well I am asking many many times again the SWISS MILITARY staff to send me that parts and no answer. Keeping Da Photos in Da Bucket
I was reviewing my post on WTF/WRUW and my happy finger clicked on the photo and...voil�� I was returned to my photo hosting service. All of my albums were open for viewing. I wondered if this was just me so I returned to WTF and clicked on posts by other members and there are LOTS of us who are unaware of the privacy settings on the photo hosting sights.It seems that the default settings of my hosting service allow anyone I send a photo to have access to my complete album. I made the privacy settings that I wanted, but they are not retroactive, that means that all the photo's I've posted without privacy settings will continue to give open access to my album.

Omega Planet Ocean 8500 too thick for my taste. Looking for 2500
So I bought a Planet Ocean earlier this year for my first Omega (232.30.42.21.01.003). Now that I have had it for a few months, I just can't get past the thickness of the the case. After some research, it seems the thickness is due to the newer 8500 movement that replaced the older 2500 movement.I am wondering a couple of things. First, does anyone have direct side view comparison photo(s) available? Second, what would the model number for the aesthetically equivalent 2500 movement based watch be? Second, would anyone consider a trade? I know the 8500 movement is more expensive, but frankly, I'm more interested in a watch I enjoy wearing.(Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, still new here at TRF)
