U-Boat 5569 wrist watches news:
Is the newest version of the Daytona bracelet/clasp ref.no. 78590 with Oysterclasp and easylink? Just bought a white116520 for my wife. V ¨C series 559 xxx but the date code on the clasp says September 2007 (EO9). Never had a Rolex with approx two years gab between watch and bracelet! Thanks
My Planet Ocean Co-Axial chronograph is currently with my watchmaker, but he is unable to regulate it for want of the Omega-specific tool. One of his staff has completed Omega's training course, but after two months they still haven't received the tool from Swatch Group.I don't want to send the watch to Swatch Group because they will want to service the watch whether it's needed or not, and I see no reason for that extra expense. If you know of a competent watchmaker who has the tool and the experience to regulate the Co-Axial Calibre 3313, please let me know.Thank you.
Hi all, i am from singapore and had just got my very first patek 5980/1a. Don't really like the steel braclet as i am a pretty shirt and jeans guy. My question is has anyone or is it possible to change a steel braclet to a leather one? Having ask the AD their answer was a firm no, i had doubts as its norm for ad to discourage modification to watches, not to memtion Patek! Will be visiting LA and San fran next month, any gurus here can recommend a specialized patek watch shop to ve my little modification done? Many thanks in advance!Jeffrey
Hey all,I found this watch while digging through one of my moving boxes. It was my grandfathers, and I'd like to know the year out of curiosityI can't find any model number. It is a timex, but the only other markings are"water resistant" on the face,"base metal bezel" on the back"water resistant" on the back"stainless steel back" on the back"100% stainless steel" on the band"hong kong" on the bandIt is fairly small, and I believe it was a fairly popular and cheap model.IMAG2682.jpgIMAG2683.jpg-Mark
Yes, dumbest question ever. As Don Adams would say, Sorry about that chief! When I hear Patek Philippe pronounced, usually it seems different depending on whether one is saying Patek or Patek Philippe. Patek Philippe seems to be pronounced in a French way, Pah-tek with the accent on tek.But when saying Patek for short, it seems like people frequently say, Pa-dick with the accent on the Pa.Is this my imagination?
