Seiko SND717P1 question
Just recently got a Seiko SND717P1 and after reading the manual and using the stop watch the big second hand is stuck at the 12o'clock possition, i have looked every where in the manual but nothing is mentioned about this, i have pressed the reset button but the big second hand is just at the 12 possition and wont move.any ideas ? or am i being bumb and missing something simple ?helpian

Which one to get?
I am looking to purchase my first IWC. I really like the Portugese collection. I have brought it down to 3 choices, the FA Jones, the Portugese Automatic and the Portguese Regulator. I like the lighter brown strap and either blue or black numbering on the white/silver face. Anybody have any suggestions on which one they like best of the trio? I know its a very personal choice, but I have been going crazy over the past few week trying to choose between them. Any pros or cons to any of these watches, I can't imagine too many cons, but maybe some pros would help me with my choiceAlso I am finding it hard to find some of these with the light brown strap, any suggestions of where to buy one?

Omega Aqua Terra Annual Calander
Recently noticed that the Aqua Terra Annual Calender retails in the UK for about ?6000 yet the standard 8500 Aqua Terra retails for only ?3500. I know the Annual Calender displays the month as well as the date but is there any reason for the extra ?2500?I'd be interested to hear people's thoughts on the Annual Calender as it is a watch that does not appear to be commented on very often.

I was talking with a colleague at work and complimented him on a bright new rubber strap on his smart watch (cause most wrists are naked). He complained that it cost him a hundred bucks because the original broke. I said, ¡°Well that¡¯s less than this one!¡± and flashed my BLNR. He replied, ¡°You should have seen my ex-girlfriend¡¯s watch. Her family are jewelers and she has a seven THOUSAND dollar ROLEX!¡±Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
