Vacheron Constantin 43578/000G-9393 wrist watches news:
When celebrities like actors and athletes are seen wearing watches I don't care too much. Mostly because I know what is involved in getting those watches on said actors and athletes. When important politicians wear watches I find it a bit more interesting, usually because they don't engage in things like endorsement deals or have stylists. Here, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is wearing an HD3 Slyde (previewed here) high-end digital touch-screen watch. He is wearing it while being interviewed on a show (you can see the full video here). Very interesting choice for him. As you know, Russia, and its surrounding countries, are very wealth and watch conscious. Look for a full review of the HD3 Slyde watch on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer soon.Keep up with all that is Slyde, here.
So I'm going to post some watch photos to get things going. A little while back, I got the itch to burn some black and white film, so went through and photographed a roll's worth of watches from my collection. For those interested in the boring details...the film is TMAX 100 that expired about four years ago, shot with a Canon F-1N and 100mm f/4 macro, and developed in Ilford Ifosol S developer.
If you have not already signed up to "My Oris" on the Oris.ch website (if only to extend your watch warranty free for an extra year) I suggest you do so now, and have a go at the quiz to win an Oris 2010 calendar - not bad for a couple of minutes work - there's only about 10 questions.Go to 'my content' and 'quiz' will appear in the drop-down box. They have already given away a Williams F1 and a ProDiver watch this year in similar quizzes, so they're not skimping on nice prizes .Best of Luck.
Lest we never forget. To those were at Pearl and who gave in WW II, I salute you.Master by Squale in Marine Bronze case powered by ETA 2892-A2 - 600m w.r.
I'm a bit infatuated with the Rolex oyster bracelet. Something about how when you shake or move the watch off the wrist, the bracelet is so solid that it doesn't wiggle at all or even make a sound. Are Tudor bracelets the same way? Thanks for any help!
