Zenith 86-0526-4000-01-C649 wrist watches news:
"Watch What-If" is a special column on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer that asks the playful question "what if an iconic watch you know and love was offered in a different style?" The idea embraces a good timepiece's core design and has fun by offering new colors and material concepts to stimulate your senses. These ideas may be provocative, artistic, or just plain silly. This is about fun, Photoshop, and the celebration of wrist watch design and experimentation. The original design we work off will always be at the bottom of the article. The designs are brought to life by Beau Hudspeth who does the artwork and concepting after he and I choose the models and styles to focus on. These special design experiments are extremely time consuming and labor intensive but we hope you enjoy the results. Ideas and comments are more than welcome. Enough response may even lead to a round two of design of the same watch - so please comment below. You are also encouraged to suggest watches that make it into
hi, i would like to know if where i can buy an original tool for the quick pin removal of the newer models of panerai. The tip of the one side of the tool was accidentally broken when it fell to the floor. thanks for the help .
So I now own both a 15400 & 26320 as 2 of my 3 watch collection. The 15400 is a steel with bracelet & blue dial while the 26320 is a rose gold white dial on strap. Pictures attached. (Sorry no picture of my 15400 on my iPad)A lot of non wiz have been asking me why I have the same watch (although technically it's not the same) in steel and the other in rose gold, and it's kinda gotten into my head. I'm thinking mayb I'll just get tired of looking at the AP genta hexagon design and I should flip my 15400 for some other steel (havnt thought which one yet). What do you guys think? Are there others out there who own a 15400 And a 26320 as well? What are your thoughts?
I've been collecting Rolex for quite a few years now, both new and vintage, then also bought new Tudor but for some reason Omega never really sang to me.I started to look for a new Rolex but with the near impossibility of buying a SS Sports watch from a UK AD, I was looking at an AD's near empty Rolex window, when I saw the Omega display next to it. As soon as I saw the Planet Ocean I was blown away.As has been commented on by other first time owners, the box is better than Rolex and the quality and finish of the watch is incredible. It is great to have a watch with a completely different set of styling features, including thick polished bevels on the sides, a ceramic dial, lume in blue and green, a movement that can be seen through the case back and with METAS certification which is +0.5 secs per day. It's now got me looking at older models and a Speedy Reduced may well be next in a few months. It's great to post as a proud owner in The Omega section of the forum
I took my SMP out of my closet after it sat for over 10 years. I noticed that the bezel which is chrome with blue numbers and markers have been chipped off some so I purchased a knock off bezel for $20 from eBay. The seller states the swap will be easy and will not require nothing more than a pocket knife. Well, I was able to remove the bezel with numerous tries, but can't seem to budge the insert off. I tried for half an hour and finally gave up. I am going to bring it to a jewelry store that offers watch repair to see if they can do the swap. Has anyone tried to do this themselves? Or have taken it to a repair shop for the job? Here is a pic of my watch.
