Last November while on vacation in India I had my day date speedmaster serviced at an authorized service center. Now when I did a follow up request with service center in NJ they are giving me a hard time. first they denied the repair center in India is authorized and when i referred them to the omega website link listing the repair center in India, they are now delaying me saying they are trying to contact them via email. Contact them for what I don't know. Its in their network and they are delaying my repair for no fault of mine. Cant they call instead?It's as if they do not trust the center in India and do not want to cover the repair in warranty.While in India my hour hand came loose and I gave the center to put it back. All was fixed and working until recently, when I noted that I am losing minutes every few days..I watched this almost for 2-3 months to confirm. Has anyone had experience and could recommend where to get a stretched band restored? My two TT sub that I purchased back in 1996 is in need of a little TLC.
