- The watch looks better than the picture and it works great. It has nice glow-in-the-dark hands and it a good value for a Swiss-made watch.

Zenith 96 0560 4039 wrist watches news:
Hello, I am new to the forum and new to watches. I have been looking at and reading a lot about the different brands and have decided I would like to get a Speedmaster. I found this one on Ebay and wanted somebody to possibly identify which model it is, how old it is and what movement it has in it. The ad didn't give the specs. All it says is that it is a Men's Omega SPEEDMASTER 18K Automatic Chronograph watch. Thanks,Chris
I am seriously considering a Citizen World Perpetual CB0020-50E. I understand this has an H144 caliber movement. While reading the online PDF user's manual, I see the following statement on page 24 :Movement caliber H144When the watch receives a time signal, the Daylight Saving Time setting isautomatically updated. The time signal update overrides any manual settings thatmay have been made. If you live in an area that does not observe Daylight SavingTime, you may need to use alternate city for correcting the time. See pages 10 to 13.I live in Arizona, and we do not go to Daylight Savings Time. If I am interpreting the user's manual correctly, setting SMT to "no" will NOT disable DST when the watch performs an automatic time signal sync, and I will have the incorrect time following the time sync (assuming I have selected Denver as my home time zone). I would have to manually select LA as my home time zone at the beginning of DST and change it back to Denver at the end of DSTments please
Last night i got a rare invitation out to a Spanish home.Which watch to wear? After about 4 trials I put on my Rolex Octagon 1929. Its so rare that it may be the last time I will ever wear in public, its beautiful but getting delicate.Any way, during the dinner another guest (with a copy watch) EXCLAIMED"Why are you wearing a 'ladies' watch" Of course I explained a little of the Horology of wrist watches.I was content to put this piece of history back in my safe, maybe to never be worn again.Should a man cry?

Last day in Carolina and have had a great time, the weather seems to be in flux, flew in expecting cold weather and have had some lovely hot days. I will be back in Feb in North Carolina for another 2 months and wondered if anyone could recommend one of the ADs as I am looking at buying a few watches as supply for some models seems better here in the States. Hardeest part will be which watch to wear for two month, I ent for a classic datejust this time around.
