A. Lange & Sohne 109025 wrist watches news:
Due to a bunch of inquiries, I took the time to shoot the two next to each other and figured I'd post up a side by side comparison. We know the differences and/or similarities between them from a mechanical and conceptual stand point... so this is just a study in aesthetic comparison. Movement aside, the biggest differences are the date box window & polished center links vs. all brushed bracelet. These are of the 41.5mm variation.

So I went to my local AD a month ago to add me to the BLNR list and they estimated a 6 month waiting time. Being impatient and all, contacted another 2 AD dealers fairly local and added me to their lists too, this was Friday afternoon. So I was somewhat surprised to get the call Saturday morning from one of the dealers I contacted only the day before to say one had become available and I was next on the list!?Just thinking could they have mistakenly added me to the top of the list, either way I kept my mouth shut and went along to pick my new piece. Happy days! Was not expecting this anytime soon as the other dealer I contacted said 12 months to 2 years... (Apologise for the image orientation, I rotated the image and still seems to come out wrong so gave up!)
Hi guys, still playing with the idea of what to buy next.... I have a couple of options however also some ''struggles'' to go with one or each other. Some models i just simply don't like, a Explorer would be another great option but i have to go with the 40mm and i just don't like ''older'' watches, cause i buy them for myself only, and i don't like another his history on my wrist. If you could only own 2 rolexes, would a GMT master 2 with the black bezel and a 114060 no date make a good combo ? I know it is a bit boring perhaps, but the green hands, the date window the bezel and center links + green letters on dial and different functions makes it quite a different watch to me... and a plus point is that my girlfriend can wear one of them while we are out and makes a nice ''couple'' watch in 1.... Well at least, that is what i think... But i guess i would get negative comments of you guys as i guess you will find it to boring for just a 2 piece collection?Any pro's?Any con's?Would i be
