Corum 383.330.20/V701 AA12 wrist watches news:
Hey guys ! ! ! !I just finished up with a VERY RARE WWI era 18k Solid Gold Waltham Depollier Trench Watch. The 18k solid gold case Depolliers are almost IMPOSSIBLE to find let alone obtain ! ! ! Most likely when you see one of these it will be a 14k solid gold case NOT the uber rare 18k version.(the 14k Depolliers are rather hard to obtain as well)This is a size 6/0s, 7 jewels, grade 561, model 1898 dating back to 1919.Enamel BOLD Arabic Waltham dial signed in all CAPS with Breguet hands.14mm Genuine Pigskin band with matching gold tone buckle.Measures 35mm lug to lug and 29mm without the crown. And now for the WRIST SHOT ! ! !Remember that I restored a 1915 Sterling Silver Tiffany & Company Waltham Depollier for my soon to be wife ? ? ?Here are some group pictures of these two ICONIC American wrist watches together.I'm sure that several of you who are in the know about these Depollier watches will attest how difficult it is to get them photographed together ! ! ! ! ! !What a treat t
I picked up a Invictor Pro Diver 6064 for an all around work watch. Invictor states it is water resistant to 300'. What does this really mean? Crown does not screw in so I am concerned about water getting into the watch.Should I shower or swim with this watch? This is the watch.Thank youPeter
Hi All,Just wanted to say hello to everyone, its my first time to post here but I've been active on some of the other watch forums, thought I'd share my humble collection with y'all.Saludos,Gene
Anyone have any feedback on Chopard watches for women? I'm particularly interested in the Chopard Happy Sport Mini Square. I'm confused as there seem to be various versions of the same title. Anyone have any info on purchasing pre-owned watched from private watch dealers? Words of wisdoms, things to look out for etc. Any help would be great! this is my first real big purchase!
Hi All, Long time lurker, first time poster!! After a few months of research and phoning around dealers I managed to obtain a BN 5711 about a month ago and all has been well so far, love the watch to bits! I had to get a 1.5 link installed to get a nice fit on the wrist, however I have recently had issues with the clasp popping open when flexing my wrist at certain angles for example, if climbing out swimming pool or pushing myself up from the desk at work... I used to have similar issue with a Cartier Tank Francaise a few years ago and actually lost that watch, obviously dont want a repeat experience.......AD said to bring it back so he can look it over, just wondered if anyone else had suffered this issue?? Cheers.
