What is your favourite non-Co-Axial movement?
The day will come when save for the cal 1861 and 1863 that is found in the Speedy Pro, Omega goes entirely Co-Axial. It will be an exciting age because I believe the Co-Axial is the movement of the future. It has been out for 9 years now and save for a few tweaks to the original cal2500A, it has been a pretty smooth journey for Omega.I personally lament the passing of the cal 1128. Having had both examples of the Seamaster GMT, I can testify as to the timekeeping prowess of the movement and as some of you may know, I'm not the only one. Good as the 1120 was, I think it made a significant leap ahead on the timekeeping front in the 1128. I was quite astonished when I first realized how dependable it was. My White GMT was delivered in September 2005.

Hello boys and girls, First of all sorry for opening a new thread but this is exciting!!!!!Just wanted you to know that today I am SUPER HAPPY for the reason that this baby arrived..Just to let you know that, in Cyprus there are no AP dealers of ANY kind and I have only ordered the safari out of pure enjoyment of watching its photos online and the various reviews (yes i know its silly, but its one of those times that when a watch grows into you, then you HAVE to own it!)Anyway, all that i have to say is that this watch is UNBELIEVABLE, every 5 minutes I tend to look at it and believe me its not because I want to know what time is it, but because this piece is amazing. So, if anyone is thinking about buying a safari, then DO IT.The creme bezel alongside with the brown strap is absolutely stunning and it sometimes fool you between a sport watch and a suit watch.. it is simply a perfect balance!needless to say that, officialy, AP is no.1 (at least for me)Anything you need to know about it

I have to admit that I am a James Bond fan. But it was until recently I came to know about the Omega Seamaster 300 association with James Bond.
