Audemars Piguet 15120OR.OO.A088CR.03 wrist watches news:
I bought the watch because the price was right, and it appeared to be good quality. It turns out I was right on both counts. it has a nice esthetically refined version of the ETA 2892-2 movement (top grade) which is attractive, and also an accurate workhorse. The watch is attractive (IMO) and is very comfortable to wear. This is an older watch and parts are unavailable through Concord, so i bought a second one to have as a spare. While the retail price for the watch was was quite high when it was a current model, the gray market pricing on these is quite reasonable. And on the wrist...Exhibition sapphire crystal back...
I have acquired an old milus 41 jewel automatic watch and have been unable to find any information on it - eg:age, how to change the date, etc.( I have a link to view an image of it here: tiny.cc/47l4i )Any suggestions?(And, I'm new to the forum - first post.)
Hi Forum,Was in a meeting the other day and was glancing at my AP. Thought I spotted a lunch time stain and tried to rub it off the bezel. However, the stain did not go away. On closer inspection, it looks like I have scratched my ceramic bezel. Does anyone know how to remove this? Im ok to live with it, if the only fix is to replace the bezel.Andrew
as you all know i recently bought a speed master with the hasilite crystal. when i picked it up from the Omega Boutique i bought a leather band with it and had the put on the strap when i went home that night the next day i noticed that the lugs on the back of the watch are all scratched up do to them changing the strap. i was pissed as i just bought the watch new and it should have been perfect. so i called them and they are willing to replace the watch for me. so my question is to you sense i had the watch for a few days now i have also noticed few hair light scratches on my hasilite crystal i don't know if they were there or not but would you get the sandwich version of the speed master or the hasilite? and if so how do you deal with the hasilite crystal as far as cleaning and use on the class to remove any scuffs?
So I have been lurking around this site for some time now, been window shopping even longer and figure this is as good a time as any for my first post. I am looking to make my first Rolex purchase in the near future and have narrowed it down to either a new or preowned SubC Date or SD4k.On a recent trip to a reputable brick and mortar I ran across a DS4K in excellent to mint shape and even had a few stickers left hidden on the clasp. It comes with a two year in house warranty, but no box or papers. The price with a discount came out to $6,745. I know if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, but I am starting to think I probably shouldn't have walked out of the store without this one. What do you think? Should I go back and scoop this up. If so, is there anything in particular I should look out for or ask?
