Illinois 650 Wristwatch Help Please!

It's a 14K Illinois "tank watch" with an Illinois 605 15 jewel movement. People are telling me that it is probably the rarest of the rare among the Illinois watches. Two people have told me that only a dozen of these are known to exist today. The case is a Keystone 650 14K yellow gold and the movement serial number is 5693879.The offers and bids are already 3 times what I hoped to get for the watch.So, what's my problem? Keep watches AWAY from cell phones!!!
OK, something I really wasn't expecting happened to me last night. It makes sense, now that I think about it. The thing is I wasn't thinking about it, until after it had happened. I keep my cell phone plugged into its' charger on my nightstand while sleeping. I took off my automatic watch last night, my 9937, and laid it next to my cell phone not thinking there'd be a problem. This was the first time I'd taken it off at night, having worn it 24/7 almost every day except Sunday since it arrived. When I woke up this morning, looked at the time on my watch, it had completely stopped at the same time I'd gone to bed last night. Hmmm¡­I'd first thought that it may have just wound down, so I picked it up and it began to run. It is an automatic, so I figured maybe it just began running again with movement, so I unscrewed the crown and gave it a quick wind. I took it out to my computer, logged on to the USNO Master Clock page and reset the time. So far, so good, thinking it was just wound down.

Maintenance work on a gray market watch?
Hey guys,Ok, so one last question on the AD/Gray Market thing;Let's say I buy an Omega online, and I want work done on it, and the company I bought it from can't do it (warranty up, company out of business, etc). I assume I can take it to a decent jeweler and they will do the work on it (for a price, obviously), right?Thanks!
