Audemars Piguet 26048SK.ZZ.D010CA.01 wrist watches news:
The last really new J12 from Chanel was the Chromatic that watches-dealer debuted to the world here. Back in 2011 when Chanel released the Chromatic it upped the ante for Chanel's "ownership" of ceramic as a luxury material with a new metallic gray material that mixed ceramic with titanium. Chanel really started its own ceramic revolution with the original J12 watch about a decade ago. In black or white, it was anything but a polarizing design as the J12 is still beloved by many. Having said that - even though I think the J12 is a nice men's watch - it was women who found it the most interesting. Now, in late 2013 Chanel adds a new character to the J12 collection with the J12 Moonphase. The added moon phase complication is being debuted in a range of models that span from a classic white J12, to a Chromatic model, and even a totally jewel encrusted limited edition model (actually two of them). Though for now, the J12 Moonphase will be available exclusively in the 38mm wide size. Let's t
It was a long time coming, but I finally have my anniversary Ventura in rose PVD plate. Last year Hamilton made 1,000 anniversary Venturas in yellow and 1,000 more in rose, which were destined for the Japanese market. About 150 of the yellow ones made it into the US market a year ago, but the rose ones kept being delayed time and again. I originally ordered these 11 months ago, and had given up hope that they would ever actually appear. Imagine my delight when they showed up this week.I'm a lousy photographer anyway, but the highly reflective sapphire crystal makes this even harder to get a decent picture:This next picture doesn't show the case as well as the one above but it gives a better idea of the dial, which has a sort of brownish-gray matte finish. The markers and hands are rose, and the lines are raised above the surface, also in rose. The effect is stunning and impossible to convey in a photo. Like the yellow version, there's a tiny diamond discreetly mounted at the 50 minute
I'm surprised to say this but I was low balling someone on eBay and they accepted my offer. Like Dennis, I want to have suspense with my watch. I feel this is my second non beginners watch! Here is the first hint.Think Breguet Hands Thanks G, Adam, and Dennis for your advice on the brand.
I see a lot of watches advertised with carbon fiber dials, but some of them are in bright colors. From my experience with race cars both amateur and professional, I have never seen carbon fiber in a color other than black or a dark gray. I bought a set of fenders for my track car and the cf was black. I do know of a cf/Kevlar hybrid weave in red, blue and yellow, but the carbon portion of the weave is still black. It seems like it would be difficult to color the cf and still maintain the detail of the individual fibers on the dial. This is purely a guess, but I doubt the colored "carbon fiber" dials are actually cf. Given that there is no benefit to cf for strength on a dial, I would guess that the colored dials are really fiberglass or some other woven fabric that lends itself more easily to coloring. Does anyone know the process manufacturers use to produce "Carbon Fiber" in bright colors?
Where can i buy links for my AC milan speedy? Thanks guys
