I won an auction from it seems to be a reputable business on a "A" series Yachmaster on ebay.Everything looks correct with the exception of the hands are luminescent with black edges.Can anyone shed any light on this situation?

Marina Militare
One of the Forumers and Dealers on WUS was closing out his inventory of Marina Militare Watches and I got this one at a bargain price. Since Marina Militare is a brand unto itself and not a replica of Panerai (even though they are very close in appearance) I could not pass up this bargain.
