- Functional - If you're technically challenged, you might want to opt out of a watch with a lot of bells and whistles. I did manage to set a second time zone, which was my only goal, so I was happy.

- The face has large clear numbers and the illumination feature is nice. The only blem is that the date window and number are and difficult to see. It is however, a good value for the money.

Audemars Piguet 26170ST wrist watches news:
The Galet Micro-Rotor is, without any debate, one of the finest time-only watches in the world. The finishing, which we compared in a show-down of giants against the Seiko Eichi II and Philippe Dufour Simplicity, is really just a small piece of what makes this self-winding watch so special. The case work, the natural escapement, and the stunning bridge that holds the rotor all add up to one of the most visually appealing high-end watches in the world, even more so when you take the time to study each attribute with a loupe. This movement is absolutely architectural, and now, Laurent Ferrier has taken things to the next level – think platinum case, and grand feu enamel dial. 1 OF 3 Enamel is not new for Laurent Ferrier, but it is on the Galet Micro-Rotor, having existed only on the Galet Traveller and Tourbillon previously. Below you can see one of the enamel tourbillons on my wrist, with a case of 41 mm and stunning milky white dial. 2 OF 3 Laurent Ferri
Does anybody have this model here? I was reading John Mayer's Blog and he was writing talking about it. Just wondering if they are hard to find, or do you have to famous to get one. Seems like an interesting piece of history. Has any other watch company ever did this before?
This is kind of morbid, but I've never seen this question asked....I am very emotionally attached to most of my time pieces as I'm sure most of my fellow WIS friends here are. The hardest time I have is wondering what will happen to my collection after I die some day. I don't have a son to pass them onto, Do you think my daughter (currently 3yrs old) would appreciate them? What provisions have any of you made for your watches after your demise?
I recently picked up a Z blue Milgauss. I¡¯m trying to determine if the box contents are correct and complete. The warranty card shows a purchase date of June 2016 so I¡¯m assuming the production date was either late 2015 or early 2016 if the piece didn¡¯t sit on the shelf too long. Is anything missing and is this correct for this time frame?
Welcome to this evening³Õ cabaret!
