This is a fine watch, and the LED display is easy to read. Worth the $10 before the rebate, but the rebate makes it nicer. Even the strap is decent, better than many on other inexpensive watches.

No more steel Subs in 2018?!
On another watch forum, a couple of gentlemen are propagating the rumor that steel Subs will be discontinued in 2018, to be replaced with white gold special edition versions. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?I'm incredulous myself, but considering the massive steel Sub shortage and also the fact that Rolex had the audacity to make a watch as iconic as the Pepsi GMT into an exclusively PM model, I cannot say I would be entirely surprised.Thoughts?
