Bedat & Co 228.060.910 wrist watches news:
My wife and I stopped by the factory boutique at Taipei 101 a week ago and put down a deposit (was told need 30% for the purpose, so I put around 35% for a round #) for a blue dial 15400. Was told it will be sometimes mid-2019. Yikes!! Also saying that if there's a price increase next year, the price will be based on the price at pickup.I don't mind the wait, but right now I am just hoping AP won't pull a Patek and jack up the price by 20%+ like what they did with Nautilus..
I've come to the conclusion that I'll probably never get a PP 5711 blue at list price. The list price is expected to increase 20% on 3/1. Hmm, almost $30,000 for a SS sports watch with a date... The AP RO 15300 blue dial is a great alternative for a lot less money. The blue dials are harder to find in good shape though. The 39mm 15300 is better fit on my ~6.5 wrist compared to the 15400. What was the serial range/years for the 15300? F-I/2005-2012? I would want one that was recently serviced by APSC, if all possible. I've heard that the later serials have a better, improved bracelet clasp. What serial range/year was the better clasp introduced?
Good day everyone. So i'm calling guys that own either a 5711 or 5712. Still undecided between both these beautiful watches, but they are the same build so either one can be used as a reference.I currently own a Rolex Sub which was gifted to me by my Father years ago which I love. The rolex will continue to be my watch for activities like sports sports, mountain climbing, or beach watch, and also my work watch as I sometimes abuse my wrist at work.In all other circumstances I would be using the Nautilus. My outings from casual shorts/jeans dressing, to dinners, to going to the bar, and even traveling which I do once or twice a month, and just everything else.Do you think the 5711 is made to be a daily use watch? How do you think she will hold up?I am pretty wrist aware, however the watch is bound to take some hits eventually.I have seen a white dial 5711 that looked liked it was really abused, but honestly still looked really good to me. Looking for insight from guys that are using thei
Hi all, thought I'd start the sunday off by posting pics of my 2 babies, usually one is in the bank vault so for once they're together why not make a few pics of them and post them for my fellow TRFers, so here you go and don't hesitate to post pics of your own on this sunday morning, you know that all fellow members are pichahoolics here so the more the better, so post some and I wish you all a great sunday P1000776.JPGP1000777.JPGP1000778.JPGP1000780.JPGP1000781.JPG
If given an opportunity to buy this piece, would you consider it? A mint condition for under US$15k is it considered reasonable?Like to hear your comments please.cheers
