Bedat & Co 334.040.400 wrist watches news:
Anyone ever own or even see one of these? I owned the original that displayed time only. Here is an interesting read: vintagecalculators/ht...or_watch1.html
Location was an upscale Italian restaurant in downtown Vancouver. Il Giardino's. Meeting time was 8pm.I knew something was up as the front Valet entrance had several Porsches and a Bentley parked outside.8pm on the dot, and I'm the third person to arrive. My good online friend from the Ball board is here. Tim aka Groundhog.Next to arrive is the couple of Joan and Ray. Ray has a fabulous Panny he'd like to show me. Wilson arrives and let's me try on his Big Bang and his Tobacco dial, Titanium Panny. Please excuse the pics, it was so hard to capture some decent pics in the indoor VIP "Wine and bottle Cellar Room". The mood was fantastic however!Wilson and TimFood was delicious!Ohhh, check out these beauties. Tourby Breguet anyone? Fiore from Montecristo showing Vincent these Big Bangs. (Tantalum grey one)
Fresh arrival from Minsk. So far it's running great and keeping good time (or as close as I can tell using 5 minute increments). It's actually quite a sharp looking watch now that I am able to see it first hand. It's "economically" built, but for a mere 418,000 Belarusian Rubles I think it's damn cool.IMG_0529.jpg
Yep ... another thread about my 26400 ... and nope, I didn't peel the stickers off yet This thing is magic under the sun!
Hello All - Very new to the forum - and to Rolex....Looking at purchasing my first Rolex (Sub Date). I'm leaning towards used at the moment. My newbe question:Is there a legit reason why 95% of the watches I find have no box or papers included? (I find this especially true with dealers... Not as much via private party)I've read lots on the forum about the pros/cons to having the complete kit, and I understand it all... But I feel like I'm missing a piece of info as to why so many are box/paperless - even ceramic subs that are a year or two old.
