Breguet 3827 wrist watches news:
A couple weeks ago my 1966 Omega stopwatch just, stopped. I was about to photograph the movement in action when it died. I dropped it off at my local AD and they sent it to L.A. Today, a few minutes ago in fact, I got a telephone call from the gent who was looking after it for me. L.A. cannot fix it because of its age and as result needs to be sent to Bienne for an overhaul. While I am not excited about the monetary results of this, I know the work will be top-notch. And this is what I am concentrating on. I will report back in a couple weeks with the cost to resuscitate this relic.-Bond
Obviously there are lots out there for sale from reputable dealers. My question is how would I be able to know which caliber version I was buying? My preference is B. thanks for any help, info.
I looked high and low at GMT's...really a tough decision. I finally settled on either a Sinn, Rolex GMTII or the blue 300M GMT. After seeing the 300M in person I quickly ruled out the others. The fact that I have a Sea-Dweller and wanted something a little less pricey and different looking made me go with the Omega over the GMTII. Here's a few pix...enjoy everyone! It's stunning in person!
I¡¯ve owned my new SS Sky D for about a month now, and have notice that the oyster bracelet has been redesigned as it has on the new Sea Dweller. I actually like the redesign a lot, tapered but not too much. Appears a bit wider and more flat than the older bracelets... what are you alls thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
