- I really enjoy it. Adds a lot to anything you are wearing. There's no light, sooo you can't see the time in the dark (obviously). But besides that it's great !! A+++

Sponsored PostThe Nomos Timeless Club WatchTimeless Luxury Watches, an authorized Nomos Glash¨¹tte watches dealer in Texas, is releasing a new exclusive model which is the product of a collaboration between Timeless and Nomos watches in Germany. The aptly named Nomos "Timeless Club" watch is the result of that collaboration, a highly modified incarnation of the existing Nomos Club line that not only introduces new styling and colors, but will also co-introduce a new movement with Nomos¡¯ own Metro Datum. The DesignThe Nomos Timeless Club is a new collaboration from Timeless Luxury Watches and Nomos Glash¨¹tte that combines elements from existing models into something very different than anything that came before it.?The Nomos Timeless Club uses an identical 38.5mm steel case from the original Nomos Club Dunkel Datum. Nomos watches tend to wear large, so 38.5mm is actually a surprisingly versatile size, in line with modern standards. Water resistance is 100 meters.More interesting, however,
So I was wondering, and I would like to hear other's input on this. If the sole purpose of providing a sapphire crystal on a watch is to prevent, and in many cases, eliminate the crystal from being scratched, why is anti-reflective coating applied to its outer surface? I can't seem to understand this. Granted it may provide a higher degree of readability in certain circumstances, but over the long run (years or even decades), it may cause perceivable scratches and imperfections on the crystal that are NOT covered under warranty. An example of this is the Planet Ocean. I own a SMP 2254 and this piece only has AR coating on the underside of the crystal and the dial can be seen perfectly in many and almost all circumstances. So, it seems like coating both sides of a sapphire crystal has no benefits, but rather only shortcomings. Any thoughts?
Hi, Im new to this site but recommended by a friend, I was lucky enough to this week win a Longines Ladies automatic diamond bezel watch from a well know sporting event. Completely bozed and never worn with papers etc. My wife has a good watch and we could possibly spend the money on other things so looking to sell it, I see ebay dsoesnt seem to great for selling watches, and I must admit I dont know alot about the Longines brand, other than it advertises on the back of the national geographic magazine sometimes. I just wondered where would be a good place to sell it? its currently value at high st retailers is ¡ê2600 how much would you ask for it? any help appreciated, like I said Im pretty new to this so any guidance appreciated.
My mother bought this Rolex Cellini Orchid back in Sept. of 1978 (3 months before i was born) and recently gave this watch to my wife after we got married this past October. It needs a new band and i plan on visiting the Rolex Service center here in Beverly Hills for an authentic leather band from Rolex. It's a mechanical winding watch and still works perfectly. My question is, how much do you guys think this is worth? I'm not sure if it is a gold case, but it seems to be. I don't ever plan on selling it, but just wondering what it's worth?Any Rolex Pros on this forum that can help???
a ton of good info http://montresuisses.blogspot.com/
