Breitling A1335611/A653SS wrist watches news:
Call me a brand whore but I really like Louis Vuitton watches. I am not too interested in the other stuff they sell for the most part, but their Tambour watches always get me excited. The Tambour Diver is on my wish list of watches, while this newer Tambour Two-Tone more?? dressy watch is a great fashion watch. A few varieties in a subsidiary seconds dial, a GMT model, and a chronograph. Gold is used throughout the watch complimented with the steel. A really nice line with a name that you secretly like to have on your wrist.See my Louis Vuitton Tambour Two-Tone watch article on AskMenwatches-dealer. Hello everyone,I am new to this forum and need a little help on two watches. I am thinking of purchasing a Longines Master Collection L27144783 Retrograde or Baume & Mercier Classima Executive 8875 model. Can anyone tell me the differences in quality, craftsmenship, reliability, etc with both these brands? Thanks!
Hey all. I've got a new Seamaster Aqua Terra GMT Chronograph with white dial which I purchased online from a reputable German seller and received the watch on FridayI was admiring the movement through the exhibition case back when I noticed one inscription read Thirty-six (36) jewels. That got me a little freaked as all the specs I've come across online state that the 3603 has 37 jewels. The Omega website itself does not actually state how many jewels the movement has. So what I am asking is if other owners of this watch or owners of other Omegas with the 3603 movement can confirm that their watch also says 36 jewels. If you know anything about this movement, please also chime in.Much appreciated.
I tried a search, with no success. This may be an old question.I am reading on the new 8500/8501 movements, and the Omega in power people are saying they plan on putting this movement in all their watches, soon. Does anyone out there know much about this movement. Is it worth waiting for? The key quality, for me, was it needs very little maintenance. I have also read recently, that watch machanics are getting dangerously low. It will become difficult to get you quaility automatic serviced. jdsons (Julian)PS. I am getting most my information out of Watchtime magazine's, Omega special.
Talking with a friend about watches last weekend, he mentioned that he had an old Omega Speedmaster . He'd bought it new in 1973 and worn if for a few years, but it hadn't seen the light of day for quite a while. He brought it over today and it turned out to be a Speedmaster Pro Mark II with orange and red dial trim and hands. Very cool looking watch! He's not considering selling it, but is wondering if there's a strong market for that model.
