Breitling A 44365 wrist watches news:
The 15th Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Gen¨¨ve (GPHG), known as the watch world’s Oscars, took place October 28 at Geneva’s Grand Th¨¦atre. A distinguished jury of 26 authoritative watch experts and collectors awarded 17 prizes to watch brands that excelled in their categories in 2015. The top prize, known as the “Aiguille d’Or” (Golden Hand), went to Greubel Forsey for its Tourbillon 24 Secondes Vision. Scroll down for details on that watch and to discover other prize-winning watches. The Greubel Forsey 24 Secondes Vision, introduced at SIHH 2015, demonstrated that the 11-year-old brand founded by Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey could do ¡°quiet¡± just as well as it does ¡°loud.¡± The watch is equipped with a rapidly rotating 24-second tourbillon, inclined at a 25 degree angle, which for the first time in a Greubel Forsey timepiece is visible from the back of the watch, tucked under a sapphire crystal dome that bulges from the exhibition caseback.?On the di
Here is my new Louis Erard manual-wind, non-hacking regulator. It comes in a stainless 40mm case with leather deployment strap. It contains the ETA ultraflat (2.5mm) Caliber 7001 manual winding movement with a power reserve of 42 hours, as modified by Erard; the frequency is 21,600 VPH. It has 17 jewels and a Etachron fine adjustment system. The exhibition back shows the finishing to be excellent. Screws are fire-blued in the old tradition, as are the hands and the 12, 3, and 9 hour markers in Arabic are enamel. The dial face is silver. Crystals, front and back, are sapphire. Since I just got it this afternoon, I can't comment yet on the accuracy, but I remember an article in the recent Watch Time magazine comparing several regulators, including an Erard containing the same movement, and it gave a good account of itself. It wears comfortably on my 7 3/4-inch wrist. I believe the current MSRP is somewhere in the $1,500 to $1,800 range but I got it at my usual discount house for much,
Hello, I've been on the fence on whether I should buy a 5712/1a for my retirement gift or if I should purchase another Rolex (I have 2 Daytona's, SS & TT). I did have 4 but I sold 2. So now I have decided to purchase a 5712.My question is where should I purchase it? I know what the retail value is but I don't want to give them my entire 401k! I keep hearing about Goldberg but they seem very expensive and I have also seen that the prices seem to be a little inflated. I would appreciate any thoughts on this subject. Thanks.
I¡¯m about to pull the triger. Both look good on my wrist. Should I choose gmt/date function over the Panerai Dna- manual wound movement/ plexiglass?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I stumbled across a 643 in the Wynn store last month. I was definitely intrigued and the salesperson told me it looked great on me...what else would she say?I mentioned this to my AD, and he says they have not seen one. Fast forward to Friday and I get an email they have one on the way. I am sorely tempted. Who has one, do you love it, or any other random thoughts? Thanks!
