Breitling c49350L2/a706-ss wrist watches news:
Okay, I've snuck over to the Omega forum (Dennis, I know I said I wouldn't but you've got so many lovely, shiny things for me to look at here....)I have had my heart set on a PO 42 mm standard black bezel, and was lucky enough to be able to try on the 42 & 45 models a couple of weeks ago - whewthat could have been a big mistake to have ordered the 45 sight unseen, thinking my wrist was 'manly' enough to handle itwrong! but the 42 sits perfectly on the wrist so a PO is still on the list. HOWEVER,I'd like to ask your opinions,I have seen, tried and love the PO, but am I 'blinded' by the hype and 'trendiness' of this watch? Can you suggest an equal (or better) Omega Diver for less money? Please don't suggest a Speedmaster of any type, I just don't like them (and they're not a diver).I'd like your personal opinions, I don't need a technical discussion on the merits of a co-axial versus a rubber band movement, or COSC / non-COSC etc, unless you think it's the only valid reason to own one
Hi,I have a 42 mm PO. I Love it but it is so heavy I thought about putting it on a strap, but I'd rather keep it on a bracelet.Does anyone know of a lightweight bracelet that would fit?One website has some unused old speedmaster bracelets that are quite light that it claims will fit any Omega with 20mm spaced lugs. Does anyone think that bracelet would fit my PO?Many
I was wondering if it makes a difference if I leave the chronograph running so that I can have a seconds hand running. I had heard/read two differing opinions on this. Some say that you can leave the chronograph running to have a seconds hand some say not to leave it running unless you're actually timing something. Does it really make a difference? (Besides the power reserve running out quicker)
Hello all, I have just purchase a preowned PO 42mm with the new 8500 calibre. From the pictures I have seen only mega website and from the members here, the Omega logo and the word Omega (under the 12 o'clock ) appeared to be white, but mine looks like stainless steel, silvery. Please help me with answers. Thank you.
I bought my D Blue a week before Basel and when Rolex announced the new D Blue with the new movement I questioned if I had made the right choice. For kicks, I decided to check the accuracy and the results look good to me on the calibre 3135. It¡¯s the most accurate Rolex that I own out of 4 so for those that have any remorse owning the 116660...it¡¯s a great watch and we are lucky to have one so enjoy it.
