I've got my same old, same old on...can't part with it for more than a day since acquisition in August. This watch is just so dang comfy with the new bracelet. Have a Merry Christmas everyone! G-Shock...but not exactly a watch
Hope this is ok here...it sort of relates to watches. Designed along the lines of a G-Shcok watch, its a "G-phone"...shock and water resist. I had to change providers to get it, but having gone through a couple of phones in which one was dropped and broken and the other got soaked and quit all together, I figured like the watches, this phone would be a good bet for me. I think Casio has a video blurb on their site about it.

After much thought and a lot of back and forth in my mind I traded up and sealed the deal a Pre-loved AP Diver 15703ST. I am still getting used to the size and all but overall I love this amazing piece of art. It's my first AP so in sure all the excitement and feeling like a kid at the candy store was something you all experienced. Thank you Just a heads up. Patek is so boring
I have been waiting for them to come up with something interesting for years now. I love the minute repeaters but they are out of my budget. Other than that? I dont know.I LOVE the 5159 retrograde perpetual calender. That watch is a piece of art. Its so romantic. So yellow gold. I love it. Is it boring? Kind of. It lacks something. I dont know. But I adore that model. It will be my first PP unless Patek comes up with something new. I am in Geneva now.You guys need to visit this place. Watches and history everywhere. Expensive tho yet the CHF is cheaper than tbe EUR.Nautilus. That rounded octagon shape that still has corners? So not exactly rounded? I find it hideous. Thabk god because they are impossible to get.No one does minute repeaters, yellow gold and perpetual calenders (except for FPJ) better than PP.If Basel doesnt bring anything interesting I will own a Patek (5159J) but just because I dont like anything else. My First Rolex Purchase | Any Advice Much Appreciated
Hello everyone, this is my first ever post on this forum and any advice/opinions will be taken on board. I put a deposit on a 2016 no date submariner last week and will be going to finally see it and possibly collect it depending if I'm happy with everything. I'm based in a small town in Australia so I'm travelling to see this watch. Due to the market in Australia at the moment and limited supply been sold I''m paying a very high premium for this piece, it's from a well recongised second hand dealer. A few things I want to ask:Is it to late to negoitate the final price that was on the website? I quickly rushed into throwing a deposit down because they are selling like hotcakes and didn't want to miss out. Secondly been my first rolex I really wanted to have a complete set, meaning manuals and outer white box/swing tag. Just because it would be nice and something Id like. I believe it only comes with the Green box and warranty papers, Apart of me feels like for the price I'm paying thes
