Breitling A1739010 wrist watches news:
I tried to klick the link to the new models from basel at Rolex, but nothing happens? I just continue to see the teaser of the two Date Just II?Anyone having come through this?Advise is most welcome.
I got this awsome Rolex brochure from Christian, the guy whom I bought the Milgauss GV from. Thanks again, my friend! :thumbsup:I have not put it in the Rolex Literature thread since it's more of a brochure than a piece of literature. The brochure is very up to date and contains pics of the DD II, RG Daytona, WG Sub Date and DSSD:
Picked this up at an auction yesterday!I had to pay a little more for it than usual, a whole 20$. But I think it's worth it for sure! The fold fill is PERFECT, it starts right up after winding it a few times and it's been running for about a day now.The movement is a nice 17 jewel, and adjusted which is a bit interesting. It dates from around 1928.What do you guys think? Think I can get 50$ for it?
Okay, I know I'm not the first to encounter this dilemma but as I begin to grow my collection of automatic watches I keep coming back to the question of should I invest and buy a watch winder now so that I'll have a home for future watches OR go ahead and use those funds for my next watch and just rotate the watches until the collection demands a winder And mind you, if I were to purchase a winder I would absolutely go top of the line, so that I won't have to deal with one breaking in a year or so . So the purchase would definitely push a new watch back for sometime, as I have seen some of the prices on the nicer winders out there I'd love some feedback on what you all did when it came time to decide. Thank you
and 2 layers in PhotoShop will give it a nice touch.
