- Good quality, solid feel, quality leather band. great buy for the money. Comes in generic package with no paper work. Looks and feels like it is worth five times what it cost.

- I loved the watch (and it was on sale), however, the face was a bit . This is a large watch. If you are ok with that feature, then you'll love it. I returned as I wanted a 'not so huge' everyday watch.

Breitling A1436002-B9-444 wrist watches news:
By putting out exceptional timepieces and providing some of the best customer service in the business, Stowa, under the helm of J?rg Schauer, has built up an unshakeable reputation within the WIS community. Schauer, who acquired the struggling company from the founding Storz family in 1996, recognized the inherent beauty of the brand's heritage. As such, he envisioned Stowa's current lineup by looking to the past, bringing back into production modern versions of Stowa's historical timepieces. Among the watches to return was the Flieger series. In 1939, Stowa launched production of their flieger (pilot) watches for the German Luftwaffe (air force). They were one of five companies to do so, the other four being IWC, Wempe, Laco, and Lange & S?hne. Despite its connection to one of history's darkest periods, the flieger remains an important marker in horology, and the design has endured countless iterations to become one of the most recognizable and homaged styles of all time. Hi I recently stumbled upon my grandmothers house these two old omega watches and i want to learn anything about them for instance model, year e.t.c so as to know whether i could sell them or not since they are not in mint conditions. The ref codes are md 1660187 and hd 1960023Thank youSent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I had a ss gmt II, sold it and have regretted it ever since. I have to get another gmt II, but now I'm torn between the ss and tt. The ss is understated, sporty, gorgeous. I love the gold numerals on the bezel on the tt, but I'm concerned that over time the tt might be a little too blingy. What do you think.
Curious to see what folks think. Often hear of admiration for craftsmanship and engineering in our watches, some of which we cannot even see without cracking open the watch. Would people still be interested in a perpetual calendar that would keep the date properly set without any user intervention (as in a standard mechanical date/time watch) in February, or 30 month days, but without all the display information on the dial? E.g. a 5227 appearance but the perpetual functionality built inside for a watch that otherwise appears no different.Or an annual calendar such as the 5146 or 5205 that displays the day/month/date but would never need to be touched even in February, because the perpetual functionality is taking care of it?The perpetual info such as leap year would instead be displayed on the back for setting purposes, etc.Guess what I am asking is - is it truly the function that is desired? Is it good enough that it's there without being obvious? Or is part of it wanting the display
