- I bought this for my husband. Within a month, the band broke. He owns many watches and this has never happened with any of them, both more and less expensive. Very disappointed.

Calibration of ORIS FC4 flight watch, mainly to correct, the movement of the heart, movement of the correction of the central independent of the minute of the hour-minute show was at hand, cannot affect the case with the second hand is accurate read. The movement will be used in calibration of flight watch, ORIS creative ingenuity, because for the pilot, the minutes indicates the meaning of the most critical real. I've pretty much always been a dive watch guy. I own a dress watch and a vintage field watch, but almost everyday a dive watch is what I reach for in the morning. This is somewhat intentional as I've learned I'm really hard on my gear and watches fall into that category for me. Dive watches are built for unforgiving environments and so I've defaulted to them. So when I got the opportunity to test out Davosa's Military Vintage Automatic watch it was somewhat outside of my norm, but I jumped at the chance.Davosa is a Swiss Made brand with a line that ranges far and wide. From dress watches, to tritium tubed chronographs, to quartz watches they cover a lot of ground. The Military Vintage Automatic falls in their Automatic line and is somewhat difficult to define. It takes inspiration from both vintage big crowned field watches and big crowned pilot watches. It's one of my favorites amongst their broad offering. To test out the Davosa, I spent a month using it daily. I took it backpacking

I tried searching, but didn't find much. Can anybody comment on the durability of PVD on watch bezels or just the durability/scratch resistance of PVD in general? Thanks.
I have gotten the itch to try out Panerai again; I bought a Radiomir several years ago and had immediate buyers remorse. I've done my best to search out some answers/info but would like the experts here to solidify my searches.I don't really care for the rounder looking Luminor case and crystal, so this seems like the 1950 style is out -right? Do some 1950s have flat crystals? The manual wind cases are going to be slightly thinner than automatic?I think I am leaning towards the PAM 510. I can't find too many recent reviews or posts on this movement; most of what I see are from a couple years ago when the haven't had the test of time posts were common. What is the general consensus of this movement vs the eta in the PAM 111?I am open to suggestions from those who are far more versed than I. I think I would prefer the sandwich dial, small seconds, clear case back, water resistant to 300m. (The clear case back on the 510 is a little boring which is one complaint I have with that mode
