Hello. I'm new here and new to watches. I found this ladies watch at a house I bought a couple years ago. The old lady that used to live there was Finnish. My good buddy Widows Son told me to post some pics here and see If I could find out anything about it. From what I can make out on the watch face it says "Ferret Fils Brenet" or something like that. It's hard to make out because it's so small. Thanks in advance.
I must admit, this watch is still growing on me.I am sure some day a nice 2nd generation X-33 will join my modest ''bunch''... ;)
So I talked a watch neophyte buddy into buying from a Rock Solid trusted seller. He wanted an auto Pam and settled on the 312 after a year of thinking about it.Not long after buying the watch - and wearing it sparingly - he noticed the hour had was so misaligned...he could not tell if it was resting on the hour correctly or not.A local AD nicely sent it off to Panerai for him. Eight weeks pass and he gets a call saying the watch came back looking exactly the same...so back to Panerai. Now, nearly a month later Panerai QA calls the AD saying the hand is still misaligned. It's supposed to be back any day now.Is such a thing so difficult to fix?!?
