Cartier W31030H3 wrist watches news:
An Omega AD we know and love is celebrating the anniversary of this birth. Believe it or not, it's number LXXVI!You may wish to give him a call or shoot him an email.Fr. John+
Hey everyone,I have a vintage watch of my grandfather's that I just came into possession with unfortunate circumstances. It has been sitting in a drawer for a while and definitely not in great shape, so I'm hoping to restore it.Since I don't know very much about Omega watches (or watches in general for that matter...), I was wondering if anyone can help identify this watch for me. I know that he originally bought it in Japan back in the late 1940s. I know that the best way would be to open the back and look for some serial #s but I'm currently abroad and can't say that I particularly trusts random watch repair shops here. I do plan on working on this after I return to the states but still wanted a little bit more information beforehand if possible.Pictures of the front and back are attached. Some more info:- The original strap/buckle and crown are gone (since it's gold, apparently went to become earrings for my great-grandmother...). - My grandmother thinks that this was made for the 10
I just left on my way to a friends house for dinner and realised I made a BIG mistake, I am not wearing a watch! I guess I am going to feel naked ALL night! picture later (from my phone)Show me some of you bare wrist moments!
Got the Okay from the wife to get a new Rolex...next year. Should I go with the Explorer 39mm or subc Nd. I like how the Explorer flys under the radar. I¡¯m afraid I would crack the bezel on the sub. I have a breitling with a bezel full of scratches and gouges and afraid the ceramic would crack.
Hello I¡¯m a vintage guy so all of my manuals predate this watch. My sis in law asked my help to find her a factory replacement crystal. Can you tell me the part number? Thanks in advance.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
