Cartier 2378 wrist watches news:
Elgin Pershings are by far my favotrite watch of all time! I just got finished with this one today, probably the best one that I have ever done. 1917 Elgin "Blackjack" Pershing, 15 Jewels, Keystone Watch Case Company 9k Solid Gold Trench Case, Size 3/0s, Grade 419, Glass Crystal, Black Bund Strap, Restored Hands.
I just bought a cockpit all stainless with dark blue face...looks great. I got it directly from a AD and thus have all paperwork.I have now grown found of the two color cockpit....rose gold and stainless. With a dark/black face and the rose gold number and accents on the bezel with the bracelet with the middle links in rose gold.Any thoughts on this?ThanksEd
Recently purchased this SMP300 with every intention of eventually getting it wet on a dive trip. I love the bracelet, but figured a NATO strap would be better when diving. This strap arrived today. I think the red is a great contrast to the blue face and matches the Seamaster logo and second hand. More photos will follow after the next dive trip.
So, I bought my first Omega back in 2000 and have been collecting watches for some time, but never got a Speedmaster, until today! After a long search to find a new one from an AD, I am sporting this, one day late after Speedy Tuesday
New to the forum... I would like to share a picture of my vintage Seamaster 120 handed down to me by my dad... recently had it restored back to its old glory with new bracelet included... I think its from the late 60's... I also have an older seamaster handed down to me by my grandfather (gold plated, late 50's?) but I can't seem to find the gold mesh bracelet to go with it (this is the bracelet he used with it but not sure if it is original to the watch)... I also have a bond seamaster 300 m which is an awesome watch...
