Cartier Cartier 3425 wrist watches news:
In case you're ever interested in figuring out what Hamilton part number goes with what watch movement, I've got two BestFit Encyclopedias for sale in the sales forum. These books have numerous pages devoted to Hamilton Part Numbers and are a great reference. They're pretty heavy so much of the cost is in the shipping.PM me if you're interested.BestFit Reference Books For Sale
To start, here's the watch we're talking about. It arrived in non-running condition but I do intend to keep it. It's not a rare or valuable vintage so I'd like to use it as a learning experience. I have managed to pop the crystal/bezel and run into my first issue. The crown stem goes through a hole in the case and the movement won't come out. How do you separate the crown from the movement to remove it from the case?Once it's out, I'll post photos of the movement and take further suggestions. Thanks in advance.
The man's name is Kevin T. Kelly. A little bit Andy Warhol, a little bit Roy Lichenstein, a little bit Pat Nagel, a lot of Hong Kong tattoo work. Fun stuff for the office or man cave. Some other works are more risque or gallows, so I won't post here. BUT, I did get curious about his stuff and here is some of it. I thought other Breit enthusiasts might have wondered....Disclaimer for the pre-offended:*No I don't own the rights, nor am I soliciting or otherwise. Take a day off and enjoy or delete as the spirit moves...some part of you..
Hey everyone... Debating between an Omega 46mm Seamaster Planet Ocean Chrono (blue dial, blue rubber strap) and a 44mm Breitling Bentley GT or 46mm Navi World, again blue dial/blue leather strap... No, I don't dive, and no I'm not a world traveler, I just like the the larger sized chronos and the blue/blue is a must for me So, any thoughts between the 2? Better watch, brand, finish, movement, resale etc...Thanks for the help
My friend asked me to post this question since he hasnt registered. I told him to join but he refuses to be tempted by the beautifull pieces that are shown every day. The question is this: If he has the 5711 in blue, is it worth to get the white? Or vice versa? if you have the white, will you also get the blue? Or if you have one all ready, is it better to spend it on another watch? Or, or, is this piece soooo amazing that it would be worth it to own both? What do you guys think?
