Casio BG-3000-1ER wrist watches news:
Here is a hamilton i recently bought. Seeing the stock photos from the seller I could only assume it was a WWII hamilton (using the very useful links on this very forum provided in a sticky thread: Hamilton Forum and Hamilton Watch Information). Also comparing the dial of the watch with other models from this site antiquevintagewatches...y-watches.html I guessed it was a 987A model (because of the sub second hand and look of the dial). The scary thing about buying from the internet though is that you don't really know if you're getting the real deal. Especially when there are no pictures of the movement provided. I tried to unscrew the case and found that it had a gasket with another protective cap. Upon removing the cap it was finally revealed:you can only imagine the joy and amazement of seeing the vintage 987A mechanical wind movement, and knowing that it was indeed the watch i guessed it would be from research.i took a video of the movement here: youtube/watch?v=qF1VrFq-KxAyou
New Speedmaster 3750.50 owner. Can't decide which brown strap to go with. From the pictures I see online I really like the contrast of the brown strap and black dial. I would greatly appreciate some opinions. Thanks.watchobsession.co.uk/KNIG...keyword=knightOR.watchobsession.co.uk/KNIG...keyword=knight
Does it take more power reserve to run the chronograph function (stop watch)? With timer running, fully wounded, will the watch run for 48 hours? Thanks.
Just saw this on IG, stickers still on too.

They also had a BLNR in the back that had been put aside for an employee apparently, they were nice enough to let me try it on but I didn¡¯t take pictures because I didn¡¯t want to push my luck! Spoke to the manager and they played up the ¡° there will be very limited stock of the SS sports watches this coming year¡± angle but I wasn¡¯t convinced, I¡¯ll leave that up for debate
