- My 15 year old son was thrilled to receive this for X-mas. He has never wanted this watch but really liked the style. The time was easy to set and hasn't taken it off... Good by for a teenage boy.

Chopard 28 8964 23 wrist watches news:
Among its new releases at SIHH 2015, Baume & Mercier has launched two new models in its rectangular-cased Hamptons collection and a new complication in the recently launched Baume & Mercier Clifton family. The Baume & Mercier Hampton, with its Art Deco-inspired, curved-rectangular case, marks its 20th anniversary in 2015 with two new references in steel, each containing a Swiss-made, automatic mechanical movement. The watch’s case measures 31 x 47 mm and has a thin, subtly tapered profile (just 10 mm thick), which follows the curve of the wrist and makes for an easy fit under the cuff of a dress shirt. Like previous Hampton watches, it features recessed surfaces at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock that highlight the domed sapphire crystal. There is also a sapphire window in the caseback that offers a view of the movement. Both of the Baume & Mercier Hampton Automatic watches have off-white dials, date windows at 6 o’clock, and the sword-shaped hands that a
Over my time in watches, I have been lucky enough to become acquainted with some truly great scholars and collectors. The greatest scholars – the folks that lead our study and interpretation of collectible watches – are often quiet, reserved people who do what they do because they love and want to understand watches for everyone, not for show or ego. The man you are about to meet has been collecting watches for 32 years, he is an American, and until recently, very few outside his closest circle of friends (think Aurel Bacs and John Goldberger) knew his name. He has been quietly amassing a truly world-class collection that will absolutely leave you in shock and awe – he collects only the rarest and only the absolute finest quality. This, our 15th episode, is your official HODINKEE Talking Watches with Jason Singer. 1 OF 46 1930s Rolex Bubbleback 'First Series' 2 OF 46 Singer has a world-class selection of Rolex Bubblebacks – no

Well after much debate and vacillating back and forth, I FINALLY made the plunge and purchased a BNIB Omega PO 600m 42mm from a Trusted Seller here on the forum. I got it at a great price and traded in one of my Breitling to offset some of the pain.It bares mentioning, I was really concerned with the case thickness as everyone is well aware of, so it does not bare repeating. But I have to say that the main decisions for pulling the plug were two-fold. First, it was increasingly hard to find a well cared for previous model 2500-series PO, especially a 2500D model (just to obtain a thinner case size). And the more important factor was getting into a new timepiece with the newest 8500 movement. Obviously things like a ceramic bezel and improved bracelet didn't hurt the decision making either.Sooooooo......to that end, I am in day two of ownership and things are looking & feeling great. Bracelet was a piece of cake to adjust (2-links removed on each side) and so far I am very ple
So an aunt of mine glanced at my wrist and asked why I was wearing a TORY BURCH WATCH when she saw the deployant clasp on my 3970! I was AGHAST!Just kidding. I found the episode quite amusing. Here are some pics from the internet for comparison.I mean, she's not COMPLETELY out of her mind, I think...
