- My wife really loves the watch. It's elegant and tasteful without a lot of glitz and, being Titanium, will be durable and has excatly the number of features she wanted. Thanks.

Chopard 278505-2001 wrist watches news:
Hi All,Just curious to know what a d series ss daytona would sell for in the open market these days...thanks.:)
Since I'll never spend the $10000+ on a Daytona or any watch for that matter, what in your opinion would be Omega's closest comparison (look, mechanics etc...)?Love the look of the Daytona but don't like the 1mm difference in size and the unthinkable price tag. Besides I'm an Omega loyalist to the end.Let me know.
Am very excited to have finally acquired a vintage Hamilton. My best research indicates that this is an Arnold but, unlike the other Arnolds I have seen in this Forum, the outer ring on this one is black, not white. I'm wondering whether this makes sense, and whether the Arnold was originally offered in a couple of different versions. Any thoughts on this point would be appreciated!
I was just going through eBay, and saw this K-475 for a buy it now price of $1390..I last saw one go for $3500, so I grabbed this one. Looks fantastic! I think I got a great deal.what do you think?
I have been a bit slow in following up to a previous thread where I said I had some other Bennie's I would post. But, here goes. I am guessing this is a 60's model, #3051. It is a manual wind. It has a stainless steel case with white dial and gold markers. Runs like a top! (Will need a service, as I don't know it's history.) Haven't had the case open to see the movement.I am always shocked to see how inexpensively these little jewels sell. I would truly recommend one to anyone out there that is considering dipping your foot into the 60's 70's pool! You can compile a nice selection for quite a small sum.
