Citizen GA1050-51A wrist watches news:
So I thought these things were pretty much gone. I popped into the jewlery store the other day to see my friend that works there and I happened to see a Submariner, NO date, NO C.O.S.C., and holes drilled through the lugs. What REALLY confused me is that it was a Z Series. I thought they eliminated the lug holes well before the Z Series, or maybe I'm wrong? Someone help me out here?
Hi everyone, I'm from Singapore and this is my first post.I just bought the AP ROO RGRC last week from the local AP dealer and I love it to death. This is my 3rd AP ROO. I had the themes(got rid of it), bumble bee and now the RGRC. I have always wanted the RGRC and finally have it on my hands now. :) AP has done a wonderful job with the updated version, love the darker face and gold rings around the subchronos. I also went down to the AP svc centre and changed to the hornback leather strap in rose gold stitching. I think it's an upgrade thats worth every cent. Sorry but I'm just not a big fan of the rubber strap on the rose gold at least.
So, what is the deal with these Triple Date watches?Nice looking watches and lots of complications for the price, but are they reliable? Are they tough to maintain? Also, it would be an occasional watch in the rotation and is it a pain to reset if it runs out of steam?Any input appreciated from the Omega community. Thanks!
Greetings Folks!I was curious, have any of you heard of a Patek reference 36? Black chocolate face dial? Looks black to me, the dial that is.I will try and get some pictures but it's a typical older watch, smaller and has a sub dial. Gold case. The gentleman that has it mentioned the dial is a little faded and that may come up in discussion about value? He wants 3500-4000 for it and I can't seem to find any mention of the watch online. Thanks for taking the time to read my query:)
With the popularity of fidget toys like the fidget spinner. It bring it to my attention that I already have a fidget toy... mine Rolex Submariner! I find myself turning the bezel and winding it for no reason when I wear it. I am sure this put a lot of wear and tear on the watch
