Am I the only one who may prefer the 5711 to the 5712?I have a chance to get 5712a and/or 5712r but may go for 5711a instead. Also the wg is becoming interesting maybe more so than the steel especially after my 5167 purchase.

White dialed Panerai options?
I've always liked the look of Panerai, but wasn't sure how I'd like it on the wrist after wearing it a bit. I really didn't think I'd like it over time & would have buyers remorse. So recently I bought a Militare Marina homage to be a 'training Panerai' of sorts for me. This allowed me to test drive the feel & size, and see what I thought after a few weeks. And if I didn't like it, I'm only out a few dollars, not thousands. Well, after almost 10 days of constant wearing, and then mixed wearing with others in the rotation, I'm surprised to find out I really like it. I bought a black & white faced version to see which I like better, and honestly the whites getting more wrist time. I've actually grown quite fond of it.Though I normally like a date option, the dateless look is quite clean looking.
