- I have the previous generation watch as well as this . I thought this watch would be an imvement and so far it has been. The [info] adds sunrise/sunset data to the menu as well as a couple of other fixes such as allowing you to deselect beeps when you press the buttons. Otherwise, it is nearly identical to the [info]. The difference for me is the display face of the [info] is now double layered glass that was supposedly to make the display easier to read. What it actually did was make the display darker. Holding the [info] and the [info] next to each other in low light situations you can immediately see the difference. I prefer the [info] simply because it easier to read and it is the watch I wear. Other than that, both watches are durable, light, and do a great job.

- I love this watch! The color is not nearly as bright as it is shown which is what I had hoped. If's a little thick, but I don't mind. I was looking for an oversized, colorful watch.

Ebel 9057A28 wrist watches news:
The Red Dot Awards are international prizes given annually for design excellence in myriad products, from eyeglasses to cars to household appliances. The 2015 winners in the watch category have been announced. (This is the first year that the Essen, Germany-based Red Dot organization separated watches and jewelry into two different categories for judging.)There were two top winners, each earning the title ˇ°Best of the Best.ˇ± One was the most famous, most highly publicized, most vigorously hyped watch in history: the Apple Watch. No need to describe it here. The other was made by a company nearly no one outside the watch world has ever heard of: MB&F, or Max Bu?sser & Friends. Its ˇ°Best of the Bestˇ± watch was the Horological Machine No. 6 Space Pirate. The watch has five domes: two show the time and two are for, as MB&F describes it, ˇ°twin sphered turbines that spin horizontally, automatically regulating the winding system in case of excessive speed to reduce wear and tear.ˇ±
Chopard ¨C L.U.C Perpetual ChronoWe've been used to Chopard's super-sophisticated L.U.C. collection for a while. This model is a step above. The technical, quality and ethical features put the L.U.C Perpetual Chrono in a class of its own.Let's start with technique. The piece is fuelled by the 03.10-L calibre and brings together two top complications: the perpetual calendar and chronograph. What makes things even more exciting is that there are two types of measurement: long time with the first and short time with the second. On top of that, the displays occupy the same spaces. The minute counter at 3 features the months and leap years whilst the hour counter at 9 displays the days and day/night indicator. As for quality, the watch has the Geneva Seal and is COSC-certified. Last but by no means least, the ethical white gold 45mm case is "Fairmined" guaranteed. Limited edition (20 available).Price: 85,000 CHFPar Fabrice Eschmannchopard
I am often asked if there are any watches being made today that I would deem collectible in the long run. While the every day answer would be, “no, at least not in the same way that vintage watches are collectible” there are some exceptions. We are in something of a renaissance of watchmaking, with new materials abound, millions of dollars in R&D budgets, amazing technology, and more appetite for mechanical timepieces than ever before. So there are bound to be some watches that we'll look back at and say, "Yup, that was special."Here are three modern watches, all made within the last four years, that I genuinely believe have a chance at being collectible down the road, all for sale in Antiquorum’s sale next week. A. Lange & Sohne Grand Lange 1 Lumen 1 OF 3 There aren’t many young brands that have attracted the eye of serious watch collectors like Lange – and their limited edition stuff, even more so. but also recently celebrated his half century. This is hard to believe because he looks a lot, lot older but please join me in wishing him a belated Happy 50th Birthday!
