Differences between Boulton, Boulton II, and Boulton B?
Can someone explain the differences between the models in the Boulton line of watches (manual wind, of course, not the newer quartz line)?Is there a difference in size? Case metal (10KGF or 14KGF)? Typical movements? From the dial only, it looks like the Boulton II has the modern "H" logo on the dial and the sub-seconds chapter is different, but I'm not sure if that's true for all II's.Thanks for any help.-Chris

Moisture ingress to 5711
Can anyone advise what I should expect to hear from PP service centre regarding moisture ingress to my 3.5 year old 5711? Clearly it's outside the warranty period but does that mean I'm stuck with the cost of service and repair to the movement, hands and dial?I was swimming in the pool, only on the surface, no diving etc. Watch was fine when I came out. I even took photos of it by the pool and it was perfect. Next day I was driving with my hand near the a/c vent and I noticed fogging on the crystal. I checked the crown and it was tight. It'll be several days before I can get it to the service centre so I'm worried that the damage could be extensive and hence costly. Lately I've been reading some good nice feel Rolex stories like Jack Nicklaus wearing just one watch, a DD 1803 since 1967.I've also read a story where a man purchased his Rolex (forgot which model) like 50 years ago and that was his only watch. He told stories of significant milestones of his life while wearing the watch - from huge events like his wedding, the birth of his children to as mundane everyday human stories. If you look at his watch, you could actually see and feel that it's been to war and survived the battles. And that makes it special.What makes our watches special? We all have the same watches. There's nothing significant when we bought it because there are hundres of thousand in production out there somewhere in the world. What makes our watch special are the stories and every story is unique.So just recently, I've decided to sell all of my stuff (Rolex, Omegas, Pams, Breitlings, Tags, etc), some were handed off to my wife and I retained only 3 - A Sub date, GMT II an
