Ebel 1215783, 9126m52/53br35606 wrist watches news:
Longines Master Collection leather strap mens watch this traditionally style mens watch may look basic, but it is really a timepiece Switzerland beautifully designed with a unique combination of precision and elegance.
Here is a watch that I'm giddy about getting: GG-W-113 (New old stock no less)and here is a MIL-W-46374B fixer upper thats special because it was issued in 1979 (my birth year).i was looking for the more desired MIL-W-46374 (D) version, but decided it wasn't worth spending so much more. i remember being a little kid in the 80's and seeing these watches for sale at flea markets a little above $50.
Well I knew, I could not stick to my list, and so, I added this to the purchases, that green dial is beautiful...Edouard Lauzieres Wall Street, hope to get it in two or three weeks, paid today, in process of assembly
Hi all, very excited to be getting my first Patek tomorrow . A black dial 5980 stainless steel. It's been my grail watch for a few years, and with the news that its being discontinued I wanted to get it whilst I could - unfortunately that meant selling my collection of 3 Rolexes, so for the time being at least it will be my one and only! Will post some pics tomorrow. Any advice to a Patek newbie would be gratefully received
Hi guys, I have a PAM 112 M-series which is about 7/8 years old. No issues, never serviced. I grabbed it yesterday to wear it out and when I start winding it up I noticed that the normal crown winding resistance seemed a lot less than normal. It would just wind and wind and wind but would not start the movement ticking. Obviously I need to take it in to a watchmaker for repair, but I was wondering if anybody had any thoughts on what the issue may be (main spring?) and what a repair 'should' cost so that I can have a relatively educated conversation with whoever I decide to service it for me. Also, I'm in Chicago (Bucktown), and would love any repair shop recommendations that you guys have. I recently purchased a GMT Batman from CD Peacock in Skokie so I might try to leverage that relationship for this repair. Thanks!
