Franck Muller 1752QZ wrist watches news:
Closed the deal on this little lovely yesterday, and it's now in transit via US Registered/Insured.....My very first Double Red Sea-Dweller!!!! Here's a seller pic:It's a watch-only deal on this '72 Mark III DRSD - no accessories. But it was a deal I couldn't pass up on acquiring one of these rare beauties. And I've had so much fun from the three Red Submariner restoration projects I've done in the past, I figured even if I don't keep this one, it will be a similar experience. It appears to be in very similar condition to past Red Subs I've had - I'll need to shine it up a bit, replace the plexiglass, possibly replace the crown. I'd LOVE to find a tritium pearl to put in the bezel insert. But that may be difficult. I'm hoping to have it by Wed./Thursday of next week. Then the restoration work begins!!
With the down turn in how the economy is performing, have there been an increase in discounts that authorized dealers are offering? If so, what are the % amount being discounted and for what type of Rolex (e.g. SS, TT, all gold, etc.) you've seen?
Last November while on vacation in India I had my day date speedmaster serviced at an authorized service center. Now when I did a follow up request with service center in NJ they are giving me a hard time. first they denied the repair center in India is authorized and when i referred them to the omega website link listing the repair center in India, they are now delaying me saying they are trying to contact them via email. Contact them for what I don't know. Its in their network and they are delaying my repair for no fault of mine. Cant they call instead? It's as if they do not trust the center in India and do not want to cover the repair in warranty. While in India my hour hand came loose and I gave the center to put it back. All was fixed and working until recently, when I noted that I am losing minutes every few days..I watched this almost for 2-3 months to confirm. It does not seem to charge problem.Question:Who can I contact if I am not happy with the repair center in NJ operated by
For every day use. Just for fun. I like the plain look of the field auto, but like the 7750 aspect of the auto chrono. Like the sweeping second hand of the field auto, but like the complications of the chrono. (even though I don't really need them) Help! You guys are the experts. Which one?Auto chrono:Field auto:
