- This watch is great, looks exactly like picture. I have a 6.5 inch wrist so it looks for my size wrist. It was easy to resize and the fit is great. Not a delicate looking watch. Very functional and sits flat on the wrist.

- I bought this watch for my daughter, she loves it, we had to get a few link taken off because her wrist is but it is beautiful. Very classy.

Girard Perregaux Girard Perregaux 5659 wrist watches news:
This will probably seem like a sort of strange thing to wonder about, but what is your preference on bracelet size adjustment and why?I have always worn mine to fit perfectly, to where I can slip a finger inside the band betw wrist and bracelet (and yes, I'm one of the lucky ones for whom taking out full links on the speedy bracelet fits me perfectly, no half-link and no problem). I can bend my wrist 90 degrees or more and not have that tightening effect, but it's snug enough that it doesn't move about and stays in place all day long. But I've known people who simply can't do that - they wear it loose and flopping around on the wrist, like jewelry (something I could never do), and they are perfectly comfortable with it like that. And on the other hand (sorry), some guys I know wear their bands a little tight.Just wondering. Truly, the loose and floppy thing eludes me completely, but to each his own.

I went to my Grandsons Birthday party Saturday. The whole neighborhood was there..oh joy..as well as the outla..errex-in-laws of my wife...oh happy day. Well I started spying wrist watches and tried to be friendly and conversational and talk about my new hobby. My Son was wearing a Rolex Date Just...The only Genuine watch he owns( save for a Casio) come to find out. Then I spot A Green bezel Sub on my Daughter-in-law's brother. How do you tell someone there watch is a fake if they don't know and don't want to know. Then he says," yeah great fake huh? I was gonna wear my fake Brietling but I didn't think anyone would know what a Brietling was".He was proud of his fakes!!!!There must have been a neighborhood deal or one of the transplants just came back from NYC but it seemed like every other adult male was sporting a fake something, from Brietling to Omega. They were all talking about their fakes like it was some sort Major conquest. I wanted to hurl. Fortunately there was beer and boo
Who else thinks that lighting at AP boutiques make their watches look cheap and ugly? The SS models in particular. I literally have to cover the lights whenever I view watches over there. Lights are just too bright. Watches look best in indirect lighting condition IMO. What are your takes on this?I mean look at some of the photos people post at AD's and boutiques; ROO and RO look hideous sometimes.
Recently picked-up an OEM gator strap and deployment for my 3570.50, which I converted to a Mitsukoshi a few months ago. I really like this set-up: super classy (I think) and super comfortable. I will be wearing it like this for a while.
