Originally from the University of Shanghai, Xue is currently working on her doctorate thesis in Stockholm. An excellent diver, she is used to extreme arctic conditions and recently participated in a surveying mission along with a team of fellow students and her Nobel-Prize professor. During the mission, the team came close to a very big paleontological discovery. On her wrist, the LW Oktopus watch she proudly wears was bought online last summer, late at night, after a very exciting evening in a French Riviera Casino. While still at the mission in the arctic Xue received a strange call from Linde Werdelin about her Oktopus watch and that she was needed to attend a meeting at the LW HQs is Copenhagen. Is it just me or has Rolex made the blue a bit pale. I have a TT Sub with the blue dial and its so blue and deep I love it. Why I wonder, has Rolex changed it? Personally, I would go with a WG Daytona first but with that faded blue on the WG Sub I don't think it would ever be an option for me. Any thoughts?

To be really honest, I was never a Panerai fan. I was more of a Swiss watch fan who own an GMT IIc, Vintage Tudor & Omega SMP.However, the only Panerai PAM00298 seems to have caught my attention recently.I have a couple of questions as follow:1. How reliable are Panerais? I'm more concerned on the durability of the movement as I plan to wear this watch daily.2. What movement does this model use?3. Any idea about the retail price of this watch? Paneristi does not have the price list, probably because this is a new model.Cheers.
What do you guys think of the black dial OP39 released Basel 2018? It is on the Rolex website.
