For now, we only get a teaser – a new homepage with a short movie. On Wednesday March 17 at 6 p.m. (GMT+1) as Baselworld 2010 gets underway, Corum’s new web site will officially launch. The site has been developed with internet video specialists Ivitech. When it launches, the site will unveil Corum’s collection for 2010, the 50th anniversary of the Admiral’s Cup, and the 30th for the Golden Bridge baguette movement. Buy another PP reference that you own, just to have your name on the papers?
Would you go through this hassle personally?Owning a 5167 that I wear and enjoy, and have had for a few months.It was Double sealed when I bought it, however did not have my name on the papers as I bought it from a trusted seller. I did get a better than retail price for it, and really wanted the watch.I have the option of obtaining a BNIB from a retailer, which I could have my name on.Would you go through this hassle?I would lose money of course, as my Patek won't sell for the same price I will buy the brand new one for. I will also have to find a buyer, ship it, etc. Never sold a watch on TRF, so I guess my best bet would be to sell to a trusted seller, meaning I would be offered quite a bit less than what they usually sell for.My 5167 is in flawless condition.I never ever even look at the paper work or boxes of any of my owned watches, but wondering if it is worth the hassle.Part of me says I doubt my kids would care if the papers has my name.
