Hublot 341.PE.2010.RW.1104 wrist watches news:
Hello, I have been browsing the forums here recently and learnt a good amount already so I thought i'd join up and join in!Iv always worn watches but mostly cheap 'fashion' brands, until a year ago..........my father passed me down his GMT Master 1675, an absolute beauty of a time piece! Since then i've had a bit of an obsession and after owning and researching all I could about the 1675 I realised what a joy it is to have such watches. More recently I have been looking out for a Seamaster, really hard descions between which model, auto/quartz or new/pre-owned. After lots and lots of research, and I mean lots, I decided to buy pre-owend, that way with my budget I could get an automatic model. The watch I went for was the Seamaster 2254.50, which I will be receiving this week and I can't wait! I choose this over the 'Bond' model, which I also hope to add some day, because I just love the classic look of the 2254 and that incredible lume.Looking forward to reading and sharing more posts
I found the watch hard to photographthe domed crystal throws around a lot of reflections when I'm trying to get an angle that shows the great patterns on the dial. The crown is cool rather than being screw down it's more twist down, like a child safety cap on a bottle of medicine. More watches should use this design it's more than enough for most sports watches, and it avoids the problem of worn or damaged threads on a screw down stem tube. And yes, my shirt matches my watch shouldn't everyone's?
Are they worth the price? Reason why I am asking is because I'm on my third Tag Heuer Aquaracer 500m time piece due to the first one stopped working completely I bought it at Jared's Gallery of Jewelery. I took it back the next following day (last week) the ''advance time piece advisor'' he called himself who sat down with me and asked me what was going on with it. I told him it completely stop working and moving in less than 24hrs of owning the time piece I even told him I kept the item on my wrist most of the day and night before putting it to the side. So the gentleman looked over the watch and agreed it needed to be replaced with no problems so he switched out the bad time piece with the same model and once I got the second time piece home it had a imperfection (scratch underneath the crystal) which no one saw before they handed me the second one so I got home not knowing this had a scratch on the crystal. Next following day I went to go put on my time piece I saw the scratch on th
I had this croc/alligator/caiman strap in my watch drawer for the last 4-5 years and just remembered it was a 22mm - the same lug width as the PO.It is very comfortable. What do you think? It's needs a little more padding, but I kinda like it.Rob
My super wife decided to pay for my latest incoming in 5164 as my birthday gift. Rocking this special bird on my birthday is just.... GREAT.
