Hublot 731.QX.1140.RX wrist watches news:
Temption and Fortis are two admirable watch makers who share nary a sneer or historic competition.? Interestingly, they now have what I consider to be closely matched competing watches with the new Temption Cameo and the Fortis Square. Through what I believe might be no fault of either company, a battle between these watches now ensues for a leader of this micro niche (or maybe I am just egging on a fight). What is the niche you ask? Well just compare the properties and design of these two watches and you can see what I mean. The Temption Cameo and Fortis Square are both (approximately) 39mm wide and high - steel - square-cased watches with round dials. Each primarily arrives with dark brown leather straps, and have dark against white colored faces. Each has a shaped rear on the watch case to better fit to your wrist. Each contains a Swiss ETA automatic mechanical movement with a sapphire crystal caseback window (an ETA 2892-2 in the Cameo, and an ETA 2836-2 in the Square, though a chro
Hello Friends- I was planning on doing a post with pictures of my ski trip to Vail last weekend, but the mountain had other ideas Sarah and I were skiing the back bowls and I got in a bit over my head and ended up losing my two year old digital. Oh well, it was time for a new camera anyway I picked up a Panasonic Lumix 10Mpx for dirt cheap! Anyway, I was out and about today in my neighborhood and thought I would take some pictures. I hope you enjoy them and have a Merry Christmas!-AaronSnowy Pike's PeakA local sculpture garden.....Love the wall lizardThis was an artists rendition of a hybrid between Barack Obama and Abraham Lincoln. Vandals did their own work on it and the city opted to leave the markings as a tribute to freedom of speech. You may have seen what seems to be quite a reasonable GE award Savitar II being auctioned online....Reasonable - until one looks at the images of the case back. Good grief! What on earth would cause this type of damage? Or could it be a result of a dodgy casting?
So I'm new to the Breitling brand and saw in the manual that I should not set the watch between 8p and 3a. What happens if if do..or in this case did set the watch at that time? I was out and noticed that it had stopped when I got home and set the watch only to find out later I should not have.
Just bought my first real watch and my first Omega! I admittedly own a couple of Movados and guess watches - but recently started studying and really enjoying horology. So I picked up the Aqua Terra 38.5mm black dial. I wanted a versatile watch that I can wear with pretty much anything while I save up for a sport. I did have a couple of concerns I wanted to run past the forum to ensure I made a good choice. 1. It is the discontinued 231.10.39.21.01.001 model. I believe this does not have the antimagnetic movement. Possibly some other compromises as compared to the 002, but non I could find that would concern me. I know Omega currently sells model 231.10.39.21.01.002.2. I purchased it from grey market dealer. For my first watch, I don't want it to be a bad experience and I usually like the latest and greatest of whatever it is I invest in. The watch is awesome and the grey market price was ridiculously good. Do you think the points above are too much of a compromise. I love the watch, h
