We also discuss Mondaine's new automatic and Ulysse Nardin's new Freak watch models. The guys discuss whether or not they are qualified to purchase women's watches as gifts, and Ariel talks about his upcoming trip to the Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair.Listen to the HourTime Show watch podcast episode 144 here. I stopped by a local shop today just to have a look. The dealer was a Rolex AD amongst a bunch of other fine brands. I had no intention of buying a watch today but I walked out with this little Explorer. First Rolex ever, BTW.It's got that double clasp bracelet thingy.I found that the other models were simply too large for my wrist. I wouldn't be comfortable with the newer, larger style so many people wear today. I hope you'll agree that this fits my wrist perfectly.
Hello all,New here Looking for any info/opinions about my father's Omega Constellation Watch:Everything on the watch is original. I have the original box, but no instructions. The watch inscription (14K G.F.) on both the back of the watch and the bracelet clasp indicates it's 14K gold filled.I'm looking to get an idea of it's value, both in terms of tangible dollars, but also a collector's value as it relates to the watch's "sought-after-ness." :)Thanks!Zeus
It was hosted by Watchtime and sponsored by BMW. The only problem is that AUDEMARS PIGUET didn't show up! It's the only reason I went. I was so disappointed. Watchtime advertised that AP would be there and they no show! I spoke with the event coordinator because I thought maybe I was missing something but I wasn't. They said AP no showed because of an event they we're having in Miami.
This photo was sent to me of a vintage Radiomir Panerai for sale. Looking at the pictures, I have my doubts. Can anyone here confirm my suspicion. Thanks.
